The presented image is a visualization of a digital elevation model (DEM) of the unit of administrative-territorial division, subject of the Russian Federation - Republic of Crimea [91] - Crimean peninsula. This is the result of the interpretation of the land surface radar mapping data (Shuttle Radar Topography Mission, SRTM Version 4, 2008) and its subsequent processing using the ArcGIS Desktop v9.3.1.
